How to make our clients satisfied?

Exceed clients' expectations by offering them more than what RPWORLD promises.

Today the expectations of the customer are much higher than the expectations twenty years ago. Customers are unafraid to complain. Customers feel they are paying high prices for goods and services. Sometimes their expectations are unreasonable, and yet the customer is always right. How do we as RPWORLD people continue to deal with an ever-raising bar of expectations?

Under promise over deliver - it is sole principle of RPWORLDer.

The phrase "under promise over deliver" has become a popular business principle, for it is better not to promise something to our customer that we cannot keep than to under promise and to surprise our customer with good service. So how can this not be good?

We do as follow.

Honesty.
Tell our client the truth in all circumstances. In this way we equalize expectancies and takes off pressure from ourselves. If something goes wrong, then we do not hide facts.

Transparency.
Give our customers enough details that they can understand how the process works or which procedures are followed in delivering the service. Clients want to know what they are paying for.

Consistency.
Explain our company procedure to our clients. Try and keep with these procedures and try to treat all customers equally.

To say "no" reasonably at the beginning is better than to say "sorry" without keeping our promises at the end.
